In the COVID -19 pandemic everyone have to stay fit. In this time you have the best immunity system or always because if your immunity system is low the virus attack easily and multiplicates themselves in your body easily because your antibody is fighting with some of the other problems at that time. 1)daily routine - in youngsters normally have been seen that they do not a proper daily routine there is no proper time of sleep, eat, study and work so according to Ayurveda or medical science the person has to be their proper daily routine to follow.

2)yoga and exercise - youngsters much believe in doing exercise in the gym but due to pandemic gym are closed so what to do. in this case or any particular time, you must start yoga on a daily basis and start with sunrise time. according to Ayurveda and some present researches yoga is the best way to stay healthy some of the researches say if you daily do Surya namaskar and 5-10 minutes daily yoga activities, it is best than other exercises and it's complete your energy cycle.

 There are many ways but if you follow a proper daily routine and do yoga there is nothing better than this.
