Basically, in the job you cant be innovative and creative you just do your task in a particular time or before the deadline or nothing but in business, you must be innovative and freely what you want to do you are your own boss and you always want to expand in the business with your own innovation that is the great thing in the business.in business the main problem is external environment and in job internal and external environment both are the problem as well as the use as profit. one thing that mainly depends is that what you want to do job or business what your mind and heart say that you should try a job and open a new business.

1)Money= The main thing is money in every aspect in a job there is the security of money but in business first, you invest the money and if your business is not going well you may lose all money but if business going well then you do not have any ideas how you much earn 

2)Risk=job or business the risk is the same in both aspects you cant compare them because risk depends n many factors and may be possible you cant control all the factors   

3)freedom=in the job you cant get freedom but in business, you can get fully freedom to what you want to innovate and recreate and do innovation.
