My favourite food in the world

A plate of hot pancakes drizzled with Buckwheat Honey might be the most loved food item of the planet.


My favorite food is traditional food like dal bati and jhunka bhakar both are called desi food. Both are found in different places dal bati is traditionally a dish of Rajasthan but mainly the people of malwa region which is in Madhya Pradesh are loved to eat. At every special occasion in malwa, the lunch includes dal bati.even in some of the malwa places the Sunday lunch food item is a debate dish. In the malwa region, it is said that if you don't eat dal bati as lunch on Sunday so you waste your Sunday. A story behind dal bati is it is from the mewar in history.


And the next one is jhunka bhakar,it is a traditional dish in Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka another name of the dish is pithla or pithle. the dish is mainly popular among the farmer. if you have to visit in Maharashtra you don't forget to eat this dish. the dish is mainly are jhunka ( a type of bread) and bhakar ( besan) and with it there is thesa which  is spicy in test if you not able to eat spicy food don't think to taste it because it is made up of chilies and some spices.
