Exercise does not mean that you should go daily gym or just lift the heavy machine, in the exercise you can do running, cycling, jogging or Yoga but you do regularly at the same time. yoga is the best exercise that you should follow regularly at some age you are not able to run fast or do cycling or going gym but at any age, you can easily do yoga it is simple but you have to practice it daily.
